Rip and Pompo Go to the Haunted House

Excitedly, they rushed into the amusement park's most famous attraction, the "Haunted Castle." The giant skull decoration at the entrance and the dim candlelight created a mysterious atmosphere. Rip puffed out his chest, patted his round belly, and laughed, "Don't be scared! I'm here, so it won't be scary at all!" The two held hands and walked into the dark corridor, the wooden floorboards creaking beneath their feet. Suddenly, a hidden door at the end of the corridor burst open with a "BANG," and a ghost doll with a long, protruding tongue and holding a bone lunged out with a piercing scream! Rip, who was full of confidence just a second ago, instantly widened his eyes, opened his mouth in a scream, and his whole otter body bristled. Pompo, on the right, was so terrified that his big green eyes almost popped out, and he tightly hugged Rip with his bristling arms. The two little critters put on a speed run inside the haunted house, screaming all the way out the exit. The moment they felt the warm sunlight again, they looked at each other, panting, and couldn't help but burst into laughter.
