Complain if it's unreasonable

I previously complained about the weird judgment standards of the guard, and this is how customer service responded. Since customer service admitted that it might be judged incorrectly, it's only natural for us victims to complain, right? If you encounter an unreasonable hidden penalty, take a screenshot and complain. This will make the official team take this issue seriously and also provide material for improving the judgment standards.
