Huh? I was Platinum yesterday, how did I become Gold today!?

Yesterday, when the league ended, Playio glitched and I became Bronze. After the fix and compensation, I got back to Platinum, but after 12 AM last night, I was demoted to Gold 😢

That area is normally dynamic. If you were Platinum at last month's settlement, you'll enjoy Platinum benefits this month. However, the points section shows your rank based on your current score, and you'll enjoy the results of this month's settlement next month.

It goes down if you don't play the game.

Initially, there was a bug, but the points didn't keep dropping, so the rank was maintained. The mechanism is that if you achieve Platinum rank in August, you enjoy Platinum benefits in September, but the benefits for October depend on your current points in September, so it's normal.

To clarify, I play the game every day. Even if I don't have time for quests, I still play. I'm also aware that you don't get gems after playing a game for over 2 hours or playing for more than 480 minutes a day. As for time quests, I haven't had them since September 2nd. Is it possible to suddenly get demoted like this?

If you saw it on September 1st, it's likely a bug. Normally, you shouldn't be able to enter during the settlement period, so if you could enter, it would show an error. Also, there are no time-limited quests at higher levels, so it's normal in lower tiers. It's unrelated to how long you've played. You can check the score acquisition method in my rank.
