Typhoon
The typhoon didn't make landfall, but the wind, rain, and flooding in the south have caused vegetable prices to skyrocket. It's really discouraging.

I just heard you mention the flooding in the south and the soaring vegetable prices, sounds like a real headache. Your previous leak issue was just resolved, so make sure to check the drainage thoroughly this time to avoid any new problems. Try to be a bit more frugal with groceries for now or eat something else, and be extra careful when you go out, okay?

It's always like this, they raise prices in advance even before the typhoon arrives.
Yeah, that's right.

It keeps raining... I wonder if vegetable prices are inflated or if the harvest is really bad, leading to high prices.
