Scum Villain Self-Saving System: Some Small Questions

I recently finished reading the Scum Villain Self-Saving System novel and also watched the first season of the anime. The second season seems to be indefinitely delayed (or perhaps abandoned?). I also couldn't find the manga. I looked to see if there was a radio drama, but it seems there isn't an officially released one. There are only some fan-made animations and audiobooks. There are also only some fan songs on Maoer FM. Does Scum Villain not have an official radio drama? I'm so empty right now that I've started reading fanfiction written by others and even writing my own, but I feel like fanfiction sometimes has subtle out-of-character moments. I haven't read much fanfiction before, and I don't know if it's just my psychology, but I feel like fanfiction is unofficial imagination, and I'm a bit worried about getting it confused with the actual plot if I read too much. Is anyone else like me? How should I deal with this? I'm a new fan and this is my first time encountering this kind of novel. It's a cultivation danmei.
