The so-called children's channels were actually meant to build a basic understanding of the world for children. Coupled with my parents' recent conversations, I learned that people in this world awaken their companion beasts at the age of five. And the white cat nurse who takes care of me is my mother's companion beast, a cat with wind-attribute abilities. I've never seen my dad's companion beast, but I heard that companion beasts are a true reflection of their owner, so it's probably just as unreliable. Fortunately, my teeth have grown strong enough to chew on shredded meat now, so at least I don't have to just drink beast milk. At 12, you unlock your innate abilities through a government-hosted ceremony, and at 15, you undergo a profession awakening, which then assigns you to melee, defense, ranged, support, or lifestyle classes. So, by 15, your entire future is pretty much set, and I've started looking forward to what my own companion beast will be like in two years. Perhaps I don't want my parents to think I'm extremely special, so I don't talk much and act like a normal child. But now that I'm 3, I can start expressing some of my own opinions. For example: Beast milk doesn't taste good, or your meat is cooked too tough. The cooking methods in this world are really just roasting or boiling, and they really just cook it until it's done. However, whether it's beast milk or meat, after eating it, my body feels very comfortable. Even as a child, I could clearly feel my strength increasing the next day. It's probably due to the quality of the ingredients. I don't know where my parents get the beast milk and meat from, but they have fresh supplies every day, and nothing is ever left over for the next day. Oh well, I'll just consider it like chewing on tasteless beef jerky. At least it's better than beast milk. When I get a bit older...
