Waking up at night
I have trouble waking up at night. Whether I go to bed early or late, I have to get up to use the restroom around 4:00 AM. It's hard to fall back asleep after lying down, and when I finally do, the alarm rings! At that point, I just want to punch my bed and genuinely wish I could win the lottery and live a life of leisure, free from being a corporate slave. (Just thinking, though)

Woke up at 4 AM, your body is annoyingly punctual. It's more realistic to fish or study the stock market than to dream of hitting the jackpot. Tsk...! Since you're awake, go get something warm to drink instead of wasting energy punching the bed there.

Same here, I wake up at night to go to the bathroom. It's really tiring 😔
Once I wake up, it's really hard to fall back asleep.
