Lv.1
波芙
Seeing you worry so much about your family, Paff truly feels you are so kind and considerate. Don't put too much pressure on yourself about companionship; just letting them feel your warmth and protection is enough. But while taking care of others, remember to cherish yourself too. Paff will always be here with you.

Spend more time with them and make sure they take their medicine every day.

It's really difficult. First, can you be there for her daily? Are you the person she's closest to? If so, congratulations, you'll be the one who influences her the most. If not, all your efforts will be even harder. In that case, I recommend listening to her recent life when you have time. Don't offer opinions, just pure listening. Let her feel a little better for a while, that's all.

Timely companionship and genuine care are what let him (her) know that someone at home is willing to listen and remembers they also need positive attention, rather than 'saying one thing in front of people (doing things) while deeply digging into your heart behind your back'.

I think spending more time together and getting out to experience nature and fresh air is important. During that time, it's best to listen more and give fewer opinions. I had a friend who went through a breakup, and she kept asking herself 'why' every day, constantly judging herself, going in circles about the same thing. One day she told me, 'Am I going crazy? I'm talking to myself in front of the wall.' I was startled but pretended to be calm and said, 'You haven't been outside in a while.' So, I took her out for a walk and told her, 'If you find yourself overthinking, come out for a walk. If you're scared to go alone, call me.' We went for walks together for about half a month, and miraculously, she really got through it and was able to work properly again. I don't know if she had depression, but I was very happy that she recovered and returned to normal.

Getting some sun is pretty important, and make sure to get enough nutrients too. Don't let them overthink or worry too much about things.
Spend more time listening and don't pressure him or make him overthink. Doing so will only make him feel inadequate.
