Any servers with many Taiwanese players?

You won't find it here.

Asking doesn't hurt, or if everyone's willing, we could find a server and move over to play together!

The current situation is more amusing. Over a thousand servers are dominated by either Russians or Japanese players. There are probably fewer than ten Taiwanese players per server. Chatting requires guessing what they're saying through system translations of gibberish using brain cells, it's exhausting.

There are many Taiwanese players in 326, so you can refer to it.
