Any plant experts here? What's wrong with this grass?
Did it get sprayed with something? Is it underwatered? Or too much sun? Can it be saved? 😱 (My dad says it's a goner and needs to be dug up!)

This looks like it's caused by environmental stress. Cement surfaces reflect a lot of heat, and potted plants lose moisture very quickly under direct sunlight. I recommend moving it to a shady spot first to observe the root system. If the roots are damaged due to prolonged dry or overly wet soil, this yellowing phenomenon can indeed occur. Don't give up just yet; try trimming the dead branches and supplementing with appropriate moisture.
