So if the item is bugged, it's my fault?!

I used an item, and only the item and its remaining time were counting down, but the progress bar didn't react. However, if you frequently pull down the notification shade on your phone to check the time during gameplay or leave the game screen to engage in activities outside the game, it may cause the progress detection to interrupt or result in UI errors for the progress bar. Please focus on the game while playing so that the progress bar can be detected correctly. So basically, they're blaming me for leaving the game to handle other things or use other apps after less than an hour of playing?? Who the hell can play for a solid hour straight without any interruptions? This problem didn't exist before; it only started appearing after the panel update and version update.
