When choosing a whisk, everyone, multi-wire ones (lots of air incorporated for fluffiness), few-wire ones are suitable for incorporating less air for a delicate texture. Ingredients: Eggs, granulated sugar (I used raw sugar), powdered sugar (icing sugar), vanilla bean & vanilla extract... (There are many recipes on YouTube, refer to them and make your favorite)
