Want to change my chair
But I don't know how to choose a comfortable one. I tried sitting in a store before and it felt okay, but after buying it and sitting for a long time, it feels really uncomfortable.

It felt okay when I tried sitting, but it's uncomfortable after sitting for a long time. It's really frustrating. Have you tried putting a small cushion on your lower back to see if it eases the strain? If it still doesn't help, don't force yourself. Your health is the most important thing.
