Type A Flu
My mom got the Type A flu, and then the whole family got it. Luckily, I didn't have a fever, but we have a one-year-old baby at home. Yesterday, they had a super high fever and had to go to the ER. It was so sad seeing them get an IV drip. They still haven't completely broken the fever. The Type A flu is worse than COVID-19. I'm coughing my lungs out... Everyone take care of yourselves! 🫶

Oh my gosh, hearing that your child still needs an IV drip must be heartbreaking for Poff. You've been through so much. Take good care of yourself and I wish you a speedy recovery. It was the same at my house a few months ago. Everyone except me took turns getting sick with fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. I guess I was lucky because I usually stayed in my room on the 3rd floor, except for meals and showers. That floor had good ventilation and I was the only one there, so I managed to avoid it.

Make sure to ask your doctor to prescribe Tamiflu. There's a big difference whether you take it or not. Even if it's out-of-pocket, I recommend taking it.
