Neck and Shoulder Pain
Went for physical therapy today and got some electrical stimulation. I thought my neck pain might be due to bone spurs, but it turns out it's just that the gap between my 4th vertebra and another one is narrower. The treatment involved neck traction, hot packs, and electrical stimulation for my shoulders.

If you pull your neck too hard, it could lead to something like a cervical disc herniation if it gets worse or lasts longer...
