It's been two days since I downloaded it, and I've followed what the seniors taught me by entering and exiting the game, but I still can't get in even after repeatedly entering and exiting. It seems the system is currently settling the data from the previous round, which is why it's temporarily locked. I suggest waiting a bit. If it still shows 'Confirming results' after more than a day, contacting customer support directly would be a more reliable approach.
