New Company
Been here a few days and the work atmosphere is great, getting along well with colleagues. It's not far from home either (commute time is more than halved compared to my previous job). Salary is good too. I heard the Zhudong plant just opened this year, so all the internal facilities are brand new. 🤣 I even heard from an outsourced supervisor that there's a chance of an IPO within a year or two, but who knows if that's true~

It's great that you're adapting well to the new environment. However, regarding the rumors about going public, it's best to maintain a rational observation. The market is unpredictable, and a steady approach is most important.
