Let's assume the 'half a year before' and 'one year after' were typos. Confirmation of pregnancy takes about a month at the earliest. If the protagonist knew about their mother's pregnancy before their younger brother passed away, and calculating it tightly, the belly is now about 7 months pregnant. With such a large belly, it seems the protagonist is unaware of their mother's pregnancy. Drawing the belly raises many questions. Furthermore, what's so terrifying about the deceased brother looking forward to becoming an older brother??? Unless the mother's pregnancy happened after the brother's death, but even then, it's not particularly scary. Anyway, if you're going to have AI write suspense, please proofread carefully, otherwise, it will make you seem not very smart.
