This event only counts if it starts in early September

As the title says. Then just start announcing it on the first day of the September event, right? There are so many clauses, how could players possibly have that much time to read them all? Surely a lot of people will download it in August to complete quests. This is too unreasonable for players. Got a bunch of gift boxes but they're useless. Seriously.
