The male protagonist, Tsumugi Rintaro, is tall and has a cool exterior, attending Chidori High School, which is often labeled as a delinquent school. The female protagonist, Wakuri Kaoruko, is cheerful and sweet, attending the prestigious college-preparatory school, Kikyo Women's High School. The story begins with a conflict between the two schools. The contrast in their personalities really got me. The male lead looks fierce and cold, but he's actually very gentle and kind. The female lead looks ditzy and cute, but she's actually very smart, straightforward, passionate, and adorable. Also, I think the anime's art style is beautiful.
