This boss is super easy, no difficulty at all. Its damage isn't high and its bullets are easy to dodge. As long as you don't stick right next to the boss, even if you get hit by a few bullets, just dodge to the side, heal up, and attack again. Picking a ranged character like Griff and taking your time will basically guarantee you won't lose. If you pick Spike with the Cactus accessory, you can also take him down slowly by kiting.
