Motivation to Go Outside
I'd like to ask everyone, how do you motivate yourselves to go outside? I've gotten used to being a homebody, but I want to go out more, like birdwatching or just taking a walk.

My only motivation to go out is having plans with friends. I have absolutely zero motivation when I'm alone 🫠 Even if you're a loner, you need a few friends (or old classmates) you can actually meet up with.
