The daily K-line achieved four consecutive days of closing in the green, with market trading volume significantly expanding to a total turnover of NT$820.2 billion. Today's market was mainly driven by the positive performance of the US stock market and the continued fervor surrounding AI ASIC themes, with capital clearly shifting from defensive financial stocks to aggressive electronic blue-chip stocks. 🔎 Sector Performance: Strong Performers ✅ Electronic Components: Led the gains, surging 3.28%. This included companies like Lottes Technology, which jumped over 7%, and Fuh-Shen, GKE, Innolux, and Nidec, all of which saw significant increases. Weak Performers ⚠️ Biotechnology & Healthcare: Showed relative weakness, ranking as the day's biggest loser. Financial Stocks: Faced a crowding-out effect today, becoming one of the main downward pressures on the market. 💡 Capital Flows and Future Observations Total net buying by the three major institutional investors (foreign investors, investment trusts, and proprietary traders) amounted to NT$119.451 billion. Foreign investors were the largest net buyers with NT$86.994 billion, followed by proprietary traders with NT$24.303 billion, and investment trusts with NT$8.153 billion. Although the improving international sentiment boosted the Taiwan stock market to new highs, as the index breaks new records and climbs above 47,500 points, selling pressure from chasing highs and trapped investors looking to break even will gradually emerge.
