SCP-030 - The Homunculus

Designation: SCP-030 Object Class: Safe Special Containment Procedures: SCP-030 is to be contained within a modified humanoid containment cell at Site-17. The cell requires modifications to accommodate the subject's size, such as a suitably scaled workspace and chair. As per SCP-030's request, the cell is equipped with lighting fixtures, with a maximum brightness of two thousand lumens, connected to a simple electrical switch. Personnel can induce a dormant state in SCP-030 by deactivating the light switch located outside the containment cell and, if necessary, drawing blackout curtains. SCP-030 in its dormant state can be observed using standard night vision equipment. Description: SCP-030 is a small, hairless, sexless, grey-toned humanoid measuring 71 cm (28 inches) in height and weighing 12.7 kg (two stone in the old imperial system). The subject's eyes are a pure blue, lacking discernible irises or pupils, and resemble small sapphires. SCP-030 possesses a sexless voice with a distinct accent, the origin of which has yet to be determined. The subject is capable of conversing in Ancient Greek, Latin, Italian, English, Spanish, and Portuguese, among other languages, which SCP-030 insists is 'common sense'.
