Hidden Quest

Cough, cough cough...!? This happened!? It seems like the system triggered an error display or the quest conditions have changed. I'll keep an eye out for any other announcements. Don't worry too much.

Can't solve it? Are the re-appearing quests different?

I completed it before, and it reappeared now, but I can't accept it, so I was wondering if it's because I've already completed it.
