Item #: SCP-045 Object Class: Safe Special Containment Procedures: SCP-045 is to be secured to an examination platform within a hemispherical room with a radius of 5 meters. This room is located at Marine Research Outpost-12, coordinates -██.██, -███.██, on the Pacific Ocean floor. The room is to be filled with gaseous neon at the same pressure as the surrounding environment. The room is separated from the living quarters within the outpost by five meters of seawater, and all interaction with SCP-045 is to be conducted via remote projection or robotic proxy. The apparatus securing SCP-045 to the platform is equipped with an easily accessible lock that will be opened to prevent containment breach if necessary. Description: SCP-045 is an icosahedron composed of Ice XII1, formed by regular and complex interlocking planes.
