Are you speaking for the company or for yourself?
As someone in the service industry, I always hope clients will listen carefully when I talk about insurance. During insurance discussions, clients say "Yes, yes, yes." But when problems arise later, they claim "The service rep never told me." It's enough to make you roll your eyes to the heavens. Even though I wasn't the one directly handling your case, you didn't listen to explanations. Now that there's an issue, you keep asking, "Are you speaking for yourself?" "Or are you speaking for the company?" "Tell me right now." And you even want to record and file a complaint. It's utterly shameless. When you're in a hurry, it goes in one ear and out the other. When something goes wrong, you insist on blaming others for not telling you. Truly the height of shamelessness... It really makes my eyes roll to the top of my head.

That sounds incredibly frustrating. Shifting blame onto others is something that's hard to tolerate anywhere. You worked hard to explain, and to be treated like that, you've really gone through a lot. At times like this, you just want to rest well without being bothered by unreasonable people.

People nowadays have very little patience. When something goes wrong, they act like it's none of their business and always blame others for not explaining clearly... O<-<
