The alarm goes off. Before my eyes are even fully open, I grab my phone. First, I check the time. Then, I check my messages. Might as well scroll through some short videos while I'm at it. Then suddenly, I realize 20 minutes have passed. I'm still lying in bed, but my phone has already started its workday.
