This is a very typical fake logistics scam. Please do not click any links provided by the other party or contact them via LINE. Scam Characteristics • Impersonating Logistics: Black Cat Express (Hei Mao) will never ask consumers for 'real-name verification,' 'account upgrades,' or 'unfreezing' via SMS or messaging apps. • Creating Panic: They use threats like freezing your account, blacklisting you, reporting you to the police, or imposing fines to make you nervously hand over your personal and bank account information. • The Next Trap: They will guide you to a fake customer service or a forged bank/payment page to steal your account balance or trick you into making transfers. How to Respond • Stop Interacting Immediately: Do not provide your ID number, bank account details, password, or verification codes. • Call the Anti-Scam Hotline: If you have doubts or have accidentally entered your information, immediately call the 165 anti-scam hotline for assistance.
