SCP-059 - Radioactive Mineral

Item #: SCP-059 Object Class: Keter Special Containment Procedures: A sample of SCP-059 is contained at Site-11B, sealed within a Z-Class laminated containment chamber composed of depleted uranium, tantalum, tin, steel, copper, and aluminum. This chamber is housed within a 7x7x7 meter space designated as a Level 4 Biohazard Area, the entirety of which is lined with three centimeters of lead plating. The area must be sprayed daily with methyl isothiocyanate to prevent overgrowth of SCP-059-1. Description: SCP-059 is a radioactive mineral of unknown origin, appearing externally similar to white scheelite. The object is currently believed to originate from a parallel universe, a theory that reasonably explains the source of the object's anomalous properties. In addition to alpha, beta, and gamma radiation, the object emits a radiation that is distinctly unique to the object, currently designated as delta radiation.
