The Most Sincere Interview Answer ð²
A seemingly solemn interview is underway. The interviewer prepares to find passionate youths willing to burn their souls for the company by discussing corporate culture and future vision. However, the job applicant opposite them is like an old monk who has seen through the mundane world, remaining unfazed throughout. When the interviewer poses the soul-searching question: "Why did you choose our company?" The applicant skips the pleasantries. The answer can be summarized in one word. Though light, it carries the weight of a mountain. "Then why did you leave your previous company?" the interviewer presses, unwilling to accept defeat. The applicant's eyes remain impassive, still the same word. Deciding on a gentler approach, the interviewer asks: "What makes you happiest at work?" At this, a glimmer finally appears in the applicant's eyes. It's definitely not about learning new skills, but the notification of a deposit that rings in like clockwork every month. "What motivates you the most?" "What do you want to achieve most?" Faced with a barrage of leading questions, the applicant gives up struggling, and the answers become more and more direct. When the final trump card is played: "Do you have any higher aspirations?" the applicant's lips curve upward almost imperceptibly, giving the ultimate answerâhe wants more money. In this workplace filled with grand visions and talks of dedication, it's more practical to offer cold, hard cash than to bind fresh talent with dreams. This kind of "sincerity is the ultimate skill" conversation, though seemingly absurd, is irrefutable. After all, if work isn't about earning ð²ð², is it for charity? Spot on!! But you absolutely can't answer like this in a real interview. Although it's definitely the most honest inner thought ð€£ð€£
