SCP-070-Wings of Steel

Item #: SCP-070 Object Class: Safe Special Containment Procedures: SCP-070 is to be contained within a 10m x 10m concrete containment chamber, which must be under constant remote surveillance by cameras. Security personnel are to be stationed outside the chamber. The chamber must be supplied at all times with non-perishable food and water (see document 070-IC for a complete list of these items), as well as basic amenities required for humanoid entities. Security personnel assigned to SCP-070 must be equipped with a sticky foam gun in addition to their standard weaponry. Description: SCP-070 is a human male of Native American appearance, but with a pair of rusted metal wings growing from its back. Each wing is composed of hundreds of six-centimeter-long, flat iron bars, riveted together to form a large, two-meter-long metallic structure. Chains of varying lengths hang from the wings, with twenty-two chains on each wing, each ending in a sharp arrowhead. Aside from these wings, SCP-070 appears to have no other anomalous properties.
