Personnel with Level 2 or higher security clearance may interact with SCP-079. Under no circumstances is SCP-079 to be connected to telephone lines, the internet, or wall sockets. No other equipment or media is to be connected to SCP-079. Description: SCP-079 is an Exidy Sorcerer brand microcomputer manufactured in 1978. In 1981, its owner, █████ (deceased), a sophomore at ██ University, attempted to program an AI himself. According to his notes, his plan was to have the AI continuously evolve and improve itself over time. After several tests and adjustments, ████ lost interest in the project and switched to other brands of microcomputers. ████ left SCP-079 plugged in and powered on in his cluttered garage, forgetting about it for the next five years.
