Stumbled into a Vegetarian Restaurant During a Downpour
Around lunchtime today, I was out and suddenly got caught in a heavy rain..... I was stuck somewhere and saw a place across the street I'd never tried before~ I went in, and the online reviews weren't particularly bad. I figured I'd just grab something quick and ordered a unique Southeast Asian-style noodle dish. After the first bite 🤣🤣🤣 why does it taste so... not like meat? I dug around a bit more. 🤔 Huh, why does the char siu I ordered taste different? 🫠🫠🫠 And then..... I obediently checked the online reviews~ Turns out I had walked into a Southeast Asian-style vegetarian restaurant 🤣🤣🤣🤣 It wasn't bad, just very unique~ Penang White Curry Noodles + Char Siu
