Interesting Conversation Share

Today at lunch, I accidentally overheard a conversation between an engineer and an OP at the company. OP: It's lunchtime, aren't you going to eat? Engineer: I want to check the tray. OP: I just checked it for you. Don't you trust me that much? Engineer: Of course I don't trust you! You should never trust others easily! OP: Am I that untrustworthy!?? Engineer: It's not about that. If I make a mistake that affects me today, I can accept it. But if someone else makes a mistake that affects me, who can accept that? So I'll put in a little extra effort to check it myself. If something goes wrong, I can accept it and won't blame anyone else.
