Is this game toxic?

Ever since I downloaded this game, my phone has been acting up uncontrollably. Sometimes I can't control the touchscreen, it keeps jumping around on its own, and the flashlight or Bluetooth turn on automatically. Even after deleting the game, it didn't immediately go back to normal. I can't be sure it's this game causing it, but during this time, I only downloaded this program and didn't visit any strange websites. For two days, the situation was so severe that my phone was almost unusable. Today, it has subtly recovered. I can barely manage to finish typing this comment now.
