Visiting a model shop feels like a horror game? This sign made netizens burst out laughing

A sign in the Japanese model shop Tam-Tam, featuring creepy eyes and reading '防犯カメラ作動中' (Security Camera in Operation), has become a hot topic. These staring eyes perfectly recreate the 'monitor anomaly' scene from the horror game 'Exit 8'. A normal anti-theft notice instantly turned into a horror game scene. Netizens exclaimed, 'Visiting a shop feels like playing an escape room,' 'My spine is chilling,' and 'Should I be looking for something unusual?!' Looking at the comments, it seems you can make it yourself. Method: Use two pieces of thick cardboard. Draw the eye sockets on the front piece and the eyeballs on the back piece. Remember to cut out the eye sockets on the front piece. The two pieces 'cannot be stuck together' and need some distance between them. You need to get the hole size, front-to-back distance, pupil position, and lighting control right. If you're interested, you can search online for tutorials. Principle: When you move left and right, there will be relative displacement between the cutout eye sockets (frame) on the front piece and the drawn eyeballs (target) on the back piece. The edges of the front cardboard will block different parts of the back eyeball, and your brain will automatically fill in the gaps, making it seem like the eyeball is following you.
