Shaved Ice
On top of the shaved ice is matcha tofu jelly made from tofu. Shiratama, tapioca pearls, mung beans, purple sweet potato tapioca pearls. It's very cooling, I'm so happy.

The toppings on this shaved ice are not only meticulously chosen, but they also look so cool and calming. Being able to take time out of a busy schedule to enjoy this little ritual is truly one of life's important small pleasures.
