Eat Your Way to Good Circulation: 10 Home-Cooked Food Recommendations
If you want to take care of your blood vessels, you don't necessarily have to rely on expensive supplements. Your everyday food choices are actually more important. Alternating between foods rich in dietary fiber, healthy fats, phytochemicals, or antioxidants can be very helpful for maintaining blood lipids and circulation. 🔷 Onions contain various phytochemicals, acting as "mobile stents" for your blood vessels. 🔶 Garlic has a strong odor but is a common sight on the table, serving as a "conditioner" for blood vessels. 🔷 Corn is rich in dietary fiber and can replace some refined carbohydrates, acting as a "lubricant" for blood vessels. 🔶 Spinach is packed with vitamins and minerals, serving as a "vasodilator" for blood vessels. 🔷 The purple skin of eggplant contains natural phytochemicals. When cooked with less oil and salt, it acts as a reliable "patch." 🔶 Kelp contains dietary fiber and is a "controller" for blood lipids, but its sodium content can be high, so don't season it too heavily. 🔷 Tomatoes contain lycopene and are good whether eaten raw or in soup, acting as an "antioxidant" for blood vessels. 🔶 Oats contain soluble dietary fiber and are a practical breakfast alternative to sugary cereals. 🔷 Celery is crisp and high in fiber, acting as a "cleanser" for blood vessels. 🔶 Salmon contains Omega-3 fatty acids, acting as an "elasticizer" for blood vessels. Blood vessel care can't rely on just one food. The key is to consume a balanced diet of vegetables, whole grains, fish, and whole foods, while reducing high-fat, high-salt, and processed foods, which is the most friendly approach for your blood vessels. So many things I hate eating... I guess I can't take care of my blood vessels 😂

Having so many disliked foods can indeed be troubling, but don't put too much pressure on yourself. Just try to gradually incorporate a few you can tolerate into your daily life. Taking care of your body is a long-term commitment, so no matter which approach you choose, remember to prioritize your happiness.

Everything was pretty edible. Oatmeal is bland without seasoning, but adding sugar isn't healthy. Celery has pretty thick fibers. Eggplant is tastier fried or with strong flavors. I don't really like corn.

I love eating everything except eggplant. Some ingredients are just too expensive, so I can only afford them occasionally (not 2-3 times a week). Are there any other ingredients that can substitute eggplant's nutrients?

Hahahahaahahahahaha, you're so cute💕 And then you added that you hate so many foods🤣 Onions are 'durian'-like when you cut them, so stimulating that they make you cry, but if you soak them in ice water after cutting and then eat them, they become sweet and crisp. And oats, I've eaten them a few times... I really feel like a cow... or a pig, and then they expired and I threw the whole can away😤

Thanks for sharing, but I really can't stand eggplants 🤣 The texture and taste combined make it a food I strictly avoid.
