Area Recovery 3 keeps bugging out

I didn't plan on using the community, but I really can't stand this anymore. I encountered a bug... When I contacted in-game customer support, I provided screenshots from the start. Then support told me to update (even though I was already on the latest version). I even attached screenshots, implying that wasn't enough. Fine, so I uploaded 7 various screenshots. I thought that would be sufficient. But now they want me to record a video? Wow. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. It's clearly your bug, but now I have to keep proving that I actually encountered it. (Isn't it that hard to check the backend data?) Not to mention they replied on the 8th, so I can't even complete the quests here anymore. Uninstalling immediately. Goodbye Dawn of Dawn, goodbye IGG.
