Item #: SCP-106 Object Class: Keter Special Containment Procedures: Revision 11-8 Under no circumstances is any physical contact to be made with SCP-106. All physical contact with the item must be approved by at least two-thirds of the O5 Council. Interaction experiments are to be conducted at the AR-II maximum security site after all general non-essential personnel have been evacuated. Unless an item breach occurs, all personnel (including research, security, and D-class personnel) must remain at least sixty meters away from the containment measures at all times. Description: SCP-106 is a humanoid entity appearing as an elderly, often highly decomposed, man. The item's appearance may vary, but various degrees of "decay" have been observed. SCP-106 is not particularly agile and may remain stationary for days, waiting for prey to approach. SCP-106 can hang from any vertical surface and can suspend itself upside down indefinitely. When attacking, SCP-106 attempts to incapacitate its prey by destroying major organs, muscle groups, or tendons, then dragging the crippled prey into its pocket dimension.
