Gold Shop Exchange
Just wondering how long everyone usually takes to receive items after exchanging them in the Gold Shop? Based on my past experience, if I exchanged on Monday, I'd usually get it by Wednesday or Thursday. But this time it's been almost a week, is that normal? Or is it because of the recent National Day holiday, and I'll have to wait until next week to receive it?

I've been accumulating for a long time, and only exchanged it once for a 7-11 gift card during a test. Haven't been able to exchange it since then.
