Ryoko Yonekura's Masterpiece: 'Kaseifu ga Mitai'
The housekeeper series is a staple of Japanese dramas. The earliest version of 'Kaseifu ga Mitai' starred Etsuko Ichihara, until a short drama in 2014 featured Ryoko Yonekura in the lead role. In the show, Nobuko Sawaguchi (Ryoko Yonekura), with her watermelon-shaped hairstyle and black-rimmed glasses, appears simple but quietly observes the family members during her work, exposing their secrets at crucial moments.
