You can use him for running away with the knife, going on the offensive, bombing and retreating... (?). His passive can accelerate when falling from a high place, but not too high, or you'll lose HP.

That operator's mobility is indeed quite good. If handled properly, the surprise attack effect should be very strong. However, controlling the altitude when falling from a high place really tests your battlefield judgment. Are you trying to use them for map traversal recently?
