While he has a child with his ex-girlfriend Lin Mou, they were never legally registered, thus the 100-day celebration does not constitute bigamy. Furthermore, there is an economic dispute between the parties, which multiple departments are jointly handling. Lawyers point out that the crime of bigamy requires 'two registrations' or 'long-term cohabitation as husband and wife' as conditions. Having children and holding a 100-day celebration does not inherently mean living together as a married couple. However, even if it doesn't constitute a criminal offense, the man still has a legal obligation to support his non-marital child. If his current wife files for divorce, she can claim damages. Legal judgment and moral judgment are two different standards; an act being offensive does not mean it constitutes a crime in the eyes of the law—but being legally innocent does not equate to being morally blameless.
