Who understands this feelingggggg

I just went to the bathroom before bed and saw a super, super, HUGE cockroach. I couldn't hit it or catch it, tried everything. It even ran into my room, and after chasing it back out and going back and forth, I still couldn't get it. Then it disappeared... I don't think I can sleep now. It would have been fine if I hadn't seen it, but seeing it and not being able to eliminate it means I really can't sleep. Who understands this,呜呜呜😱😱😱😱😭😭😭😭
