Commission Board
What do you guys think about the updated commission board? My take after completing one is that it feels weird. Almost every board asks for your information when you click on it. I can't understand what they're trying to statistically analyze or what kind of analysis they want to obtain. If they want to conduct a survey, why not just distribute surveys periodically and give rewards, instead of using this method? Moreover, the questions asked in the surveys are almost all the same. On top of that, clicking on a survey links to an external website. It feels very strange to me. And the survey content includes simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese, and direct English translations into Chinese. It feels like a cobbled-together survey. Furthermore, they first review your qualifications to see if you can even fill out the survey. If you don't pass the review, you can't fill it out. Even after you've completed it, if you're not the target they're looking for, they simply mark it as a failure and you don't get the reward. I apologize for the long post, and I really appreciate anyone who reads this. I might need to observe the commission board for a while longer. Some people might think I'm overreacting, but that's okay, everyone has their own opinions. Feel free to share your thoughts. You can also share your perspectives with me. ✨✨✨Anyone who leaves a comment will receive a tip.

I've tried many similar ones with different answers, and none of them match. Also, it said I was eligible when I first clicked, but then it said I wasn't on the next screen :D

Some of the external links are websites specializing in surveys, and this place seems to accept commissions from external websites.

I tried filling it out a few times but failed each time, so I gave up! Also, they basically asked for personal info, which felt risky.

They want to find the right target audience for the survey but are afraid of people filling it out randomly. Personally, I think the reward is a bit low, and there are too many questions... A market research survey usually pays around 30-50 yuan per submission.

I filled it out for a while too And then it told me I wasn't eligible

Asking for personal info feels risky, so I don't want to fill it out.

Forget the birthday, they kept asking for a 6-digit postal code. It felt creepy knowing that could narrow down my neighborhood, so I didn't fill it in.

Huh? Online market research has always been like this. If a client commissions a survey within a specific scope to get data for subsequent marketing adjustments, it's standard procedure. So, it's perfectly normal to ask for some information to set the scope beforehand. Even general surveys ask for similar or more detailed information. As long as they aren't asking for your phone number, name, social security number, address, or even bank account or credit card details, there's not much to worry about. In this era of information overload, personal data isn't worth much anymore. Banks often sell stolen personal information.

This is just trying to steal your data, so be careful not to give too much personal info.
