DP Central Executive Committee decides on 20,000 payout before election: Will it pass?

Halfway through work today My auntie colleague suddenly screamed and excitedly patted my shoulder. I was startled awake from my daydreaming. I thought something major happened, or an earthquake, fire, or maybe an idol passed by? But... it turns out she saw this news 🥱🥱🥱 Although I'm neutral and don't specifically support any party, Is this universal 20,000 payout likely to pass? They'll do anything for the election 🤣🤣🤣 I hope it passes though～～～ It's 20,000, and it's cash, not 💎 or gold coins～～～ Starting to dream～～～
