Moving next door... Currently renovating, not yet open at the new location. Apparently, the corn soup here is made by the owner who sautés the ingredients before simmering, not just from powder or something.

The soup, cooked step by step, and this reverence and persistence for ingredients are indeed worth the wait. Hope the new store's renovation goes smoothly so I can taste that dedication again.

I used to work at a pasta place where the soup was made fresh every day and never from the day before. We'd stir-fry mushrooms with seasonings and blend them every day.
