Turns out, living alone can be fulfilling too

Lately, I feel like I'm getting more and more used to doing things by myself. I remember when I used to have days off, I'd always want to go out with friends. Whether it was for a meal, shopping, or just hanging out at a cafe, I felt it was more fun with company. If my friends weren't available, I'd just stay home scrolling on my phone, and by the end of the day, I'd feel like I'd wasted time. One weekend, I planned to meet friends for lunch, but everyone happened to be busy. I thought, 'Since I'm already dressed to go out, why not just go by myself?' So, I went to have lunch that I'd been wanting to try for a long time. After eating, I bought a drink nearby, put on my headphones, and went for a slow walk. I didn't have a specific itinerary or need to rush. If I saw a shop that caught my eye, I'd go in and browse, and when I got tired, I'd find a spot to rest. I initially thought going out alone would be boring, but that afternoon turned out to be surprisingly relaxing. Because of this experience, I've started to realize that many things don't necessarily require someone else to be done. Sometimes, eating alone, shopping alone, or even just quietly being by myself can bring a sense of contentment. Of course, I still miss the times when I chatted and joked with friends, but now I won't give up on things I want to do just because I don't have company. I think this is something I've gradually learned as I've grown up! I no longer place my happiness entirely on others, but I've started to learn how to create my own little joys in life. Life isn't as complicated as it seems. If you bravely try some things you were hesitant to do before, you might just discover a different side of yourself.

Have you ever heard that life is like riding a train? People get on and off at different times. Of course, who you meet on the train and what you experience is different for everyone. There are times of loneliness and times of joy with others. It just depends on what you want. If you get it, you're lucky. If you don't, it's no big deal.
